This car looks American but may not be. The headlights look too small but they may have been replaced. Distinctive swaging on the body and suicide front doors will identify it. |

Not only front, also rear suicide doors... I'd say this car would quite well match a 1927+ Hudson. But We'll need someprofessional to be sure. |

Dynamike, thanks for the tip. The features seen match 1928 Hudson. 1927 still has the small cowl lights up by the windshield and the 1929 has different swaging and different hood louvres. |

Piano-hinged doors identify this as an HMC product. Could be a 1928 Hudson Model 'S' on the 118" wheelbase, but smaller headlights lead me to think it's Hudsons' smaller brother, a 1928 Essex Super Six. 1929 models had slightly different belt line moulding, and pinecone door handles. |
