Mike Myers drove a red '66 Spider 1600 like Dustin Hoffman's that had Ferrari rims on it since the nickname for the Spider 1600 was "The Poor Man's Ferrari", In the last half of "Wayne's World 2" when he was on his way to get Cassandra from being married to Christopher Walken's character Bobby Cahn after he'd crashed the blue '76 AMC Pacer "Murth-Mobile" into a huge pane of glass that was being moved across the street which severely punctured the tires & then into a fire hydrant which sent up a geyser of water, Scenes from "The Graduate" are cleverly re-enacted here, With the exception of a Fender Stratocaster guitar being used to prevent the double glass doors of the church from being opened. |
