 I'm not sure that those wheels were available on the Zetec. The wheels on the Zetec were a bit more fancy: /vehicle_362613-Ford-Focus-2008.html

They were optional on the Style models (a Sports Pack) and I think the Econetic model. The Style had those Vauxhall style fauk-alloy 'Designer' wheels as standard.

 In Germany these alloys are a feature of the "Style" trim.
