Very special indeed.
Build by the BMC works racing team for Le Mans.
Just two were build, one dark racing green and one very bright green.
Both cars survive in a private collection in Tokyo, Japan.

ENX 416C was one of the 2 works Sprites at 65 Le Mans (#48 by Rauno Aaltonen/Clive Baker, retired) - http://www.sebringsprite.com/worksregister65-69.html - but there was no Sprite #35 in any Le Mans 1964-7. It was chassis #HAN8R65135 - http://www.racingsportscars.com/chassis/archive/HAN8R65135.html . The other 65 LM Sprite was ENX 415C (#HAN8R65/52 - http://www.racingsportscars.com/chassis/archive/HAN8R65__52.html ). Where else did they race, possibly after being sold off by Healey? Link to "www.racingsportscars.com" does not provide a #35.

Update to tidy up details: Rauno Aaltonen/Clive Baker (#48, registered DNX 416C although it raced without number plates) was leading its class and the Index of Thermal Efficiency until its distributor drive failed with about 20 laps remaining. Team-mates Paul Hawkins and John Rhodes in #49 (DNX 415C) inherited the class lead to finish 12th overall and 3rd in the Thermal Index; both cars arrived at Le Mans in a vivid lime green, but the organisers insisted on a repaint to something nearer the national British Racing Green, hence a hasty switch to a blander shade of green. This was 416C’s only race as a works car and after being raced privately, it vanished until being discovered in 1988 as a derelict in Scotland. A concours restoration re-instated its initial lime green and it now lives in Japan. This is Exem's simple resin model from several years ago

The livery change in the main pic with #35 must have been a makeover for the film cameras.
