A valid point ... but wasn't 'Twelve Monkeys' about time-travel? I just checked on the history of those busses. It appears that this is a Neoplan AN440 Transliner which was first introduced in 1982. |

That is not a 1982 AN440 that is a 1989 AN440, which is now sadly retired from the SEPTA fleet. That is 3489, used to operate out of Southern District. |
