Definitely not 2131. Back side doors are not so long as on 2131, high-roof is interesting too. It's some Prototype-Ambulance Version, based on VAZ-21213 (1.7 carburator engine), as says there (http://lada-niva.ru/niva/pyatidvernaya-niva.html P.S.
