 The door mirrors rather far back means this is a 1972-77 BMW E12. That is a 1972-81 E12 before the 1978 facelift. Then there is the question of engine, where the options were 518, 520 (520/4, 520/6 and 520i) , 525 and 528. The alloys MIGHT point towards a stronger engine?
