This basically a 1948/52 GM cab with a modified Mack front clip on it, Id go with 48/52 Chevrolet 6400 Mobile Home Toter........Comments?

Looks about right to me, Firebird86. But did you notice the gold Mack Bulldog hood ornament? I think that's an aftermarket product.

The gold Bulldog indicated an upgraded drivetrain, where the chrome Bulldog was for the standard drivetrain.

Hay yall, I'm pretty sure it is a 1948-52 DODGE not chevy, i have a 49 and its the only truck in that era with the pilot cab(5 window layout)

That's not a '48-'52 Dodge cab, it looks nothing like it. The Advance Design Chevy's absolutely had a five-window option as well.
