Posh one - vinyl roof, rear trim panel - 20M/23M/26M. Interesting that we have no 23M on imcdb - are they totally inseperable from 20M?? |

Yes a 1969 Ford P7B (17m/20m/26m). Never heard about a 23m. I think it was called 20m XL 2300 TS. Rights ? |

I think you're right, Electra225: the 2300 version was called 20M XL (at least it was in Holland). I cannot see any chrome trim an the wheel arches, so I'd say 20M XL might be a good guess. Appears to be a Coupé. |

I don't know the names used in detail, but googling Ford 23M does produce some results, though little real info. See also http://www.neoscalemodels.com/produkten.aspx?Schaal=1%3a43&Merk=Ford for models titled 1971 23M and 23M RS. |

The toy company is wrong. There was never a 23M. Otherwise: when you write "Ford 23 M" into Wiki, there's a little remark nearby the headline and it directs you to the P7-page. Odd... http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_23m_P7 -- Last edit: 2011-07-26 13:14:15 |

http://de.academic.ru/dic.nsf/dewiki/454360 Probably 23M is taken from engine size... http://www.flickr.com/photos/28291883@N03/3455941293/ |
