 1946-8 Chrysler product - maybe Plymouth??

 '41 Chrysler wheelwells were round with the whole rear wheel visible; these are more square.

The front fenders are the right shape for any 1942 Mopar product or a 1946-1948 Plymouth. I'm inclined towards a post-war Plymouth.
