It is not Midimaxi. This is an Italian Fissore Scout or its Greek version - Ellados Scout/Amico, but in Spain it is rather an original Italian one. Can't find anything about license production of this body there (with use of the Seat base).

EDIT: ah in fact it was made in Spain under the name Emelba 127 Samba: http://losorigenes.net/marcas/emelba/emelba.html

It is indeed an Emelba 127 Samba.

Not much of a secret that this is from the video of Wham's 'Club Tropicana'. The video was filmed in Ibiza at the late, (and very colourful) Tony Pike's place, (who was a friend of Simon Napier-Bell, Wham's then-manager). This scene was shot a few miles into the countryside, east of San Antonio.

Both cars are Spanish built, the Samba at the Emelba factory in Arbúcies, La Selva, and the Citroën Méhari at the Vigo plant.

Both cars were very popular hire cars in Spanish holiday resorts during the '70s and early '80s. Especially in the Balearics.
