 Looks a late version - 1969-ish onwards with grey painted wheels. Could the simple hubcaps mean it's the short-lived Austin version??

 Could be, but without seeing the grille who can tell for sure? IIRC the Austin versions had the same hubcaps as the Morris, which had lost the embossed M by then.
