I think Simca 1000 also assembled in Venezuela. |

Probably directly imported from Europe. Stop guessing about the "possible" local-made places (and much more when they are old cars -60's, 70's, etc). |

I think these options (Spain, South America, Colombia, Venzuela) are just options; nobody said they knew, they were just asking if this or that option could be serious. These are good questions, even when nobody can answer them or when the answer is (as you said): no (although even in your comment there is a "Probably"...). |

Because not all cars sourcered by a close market to specific country (here never received any brazilian VW until 80's). Uruguay receives many european/japanese cars rather argentinians/brazilian cars. Chile, too. EDIT: I posted this topic in the forum: Link to "forum.imcdb.org" Simca 1000 (1969), posteriormente 1204 (1973 a 1976) y 1300 (1976 a 1977). Probably (related with my last comment, too), not the Colmotores made or maybe yes if it is the same 1000 (if are exported to Ecuador). -- Last edit: 2011-08-29 20:38:53 |
