1933 Monaco GP had Bugatti T51 #12, Benoit Falchetto - retired 71 laps after rear axle failure - Link to "www.gptours.com" , which also states that William Grover-Williams in Bugatti T51 #14 was placed 7th, 10 laps behind winner so still running, not crashed (WG-W had won the 1st Monaco GP in 1929 in a T35).
