electra225 ◊ 2011-09-04 19:11	1980 since already "Talbot" script on the hood (too short to be "Chrysler", but yet with the old Chrysler badge in the center of the grille. Black windscreen frame were for the most expensive GL and GLS but this one has got remore controlled outside rear view mirror. Therefore a 1980 Talbot-Simca Horizon GLS in "Alpaga metallic".
dsl ◊ 2011-09-04 19:15	Looks fairly poverty-spec - porridge colour, narrow basic wheels, no side trim or bumper insets, so I don't think GLS - more like LS?
electra225 ◊ 2011-09-04 22:29	GLS in Italy had the same wheels (as standard). LS, as the original brochure sais, had silver colour windscreen perimeter. I am sure about this. At the time remote controlled outside rear-view mirrors were quite unusual and this car has got it (it had only the left one...!!!). -- Last edit: 2011-09-04 22:30:18
