I saw it somewhere, but I don't remember the name. The front exhaust pipe is fake. It's something VW based, I guess. |

The same car as in those links is on here: /vehicle_340866-Alfa-Romeo-6C-Replica-1931.html Antique and Classic Automotive of New York made such an Alfa replica on a Beetle chassis( Link to "vwkitcars.com" ) but I think this one could be something Italian made instead. -- Last edit: 2011-09-04 16:41:59 |

From the 2nd of 929V6's links and Sandie's find from Auto Esporte, it looks Brazil made. My guess is front engined - looks like a proper front bonnet and rear would not have room for an engine as well as the fuel tank (see filler position). |

The Brasilian one is made by a company called L'Automobile. Went on to make another VW based car called the Ventura |

From the front suspension and the big backside on it I reckon it is VW beetle-based. |

The typical torsion spring front suspension shows it's indeed VW Beetle based, what about this Brazilian kit car "L'AutoCraft/L´Automobile 8C": Link to "www.clubedocarroantigo.com.br" http://www.flickr.com/photos/hugo90/4402217214/ and this clip at 6:48 http://youtu.be/s-3VWNKJ5yg |
