E30 has the M-Technik 1 package found on early model E30's from 1983-1987, so it could be any of those years... |

Why 87? the plate? And why 325? |

It's a 325i Sport because of the M-Technic 1 (not later M-Technic 2 with bigger boot spoiler) kit, 205/15 tyres on spoked alloys. On an E-plate '87/'88. Here's one, with aftermarket wheels: http://www.bmwstyle.ru/pages/gfx/ourcars/big/motul_e30.jpg Compare with similar but later E30 318is, without lower side skirts and slightly higer ride: http://www.esatclear.ie/~bpurcell/low4.jpg -- Last edit: 2007-04-14 17:51:02 |

Thanks for the info I just wanted to know if you were guessing a model like some do, or if you had some reasons for that. If you know BMWs, then I can believe what you say for the next times |

Cool. I'll put a question mark after it if I'm not sure. |

This is not 325is: this model exist only in France since 1990. It's a second version (88-91, with different rear lights) http://www.automobile-sportive.com/guide/bmw/325is-e30.php This model was "only" E30 first version ('83-'87) with body kit BMW M-Technic. |
