 It's a Mercedes-Benz W123 (200,230,250,200D,220D,240D,300D)
This is a small Benz with round head lamps, and the black bumper ends. Also not 280 or 280E

and 280SE is S-Class

From 1980. The TÜV-sticker (the plate seems authentic) is green, so for 1982. Back then also new cars had the 2-year-interval.
