The script looks like it says "Buddy" as in Genuine Buddy: http://www.modernclassicsdc.com/blog1/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/DSC_0233.jpg although the trim appears to have been removed in my link or is aftermarket. In red, they look even closer to the scooter in question. Only the Buddy 50 and Buddy 125 are available in red as a single color.
