Not a Chevrolet , but a Canadian Mercury truck 1946-1947 probably 1,5 ton with the horizontal grille bars.They were badge engineered Ford trucks sold through the Canadian Mercury-Lincoln dealers |

I thought those cowl louvers were more Ford-like, but the grille looked too Chevy to me. |
