I hope that Kowalski, Junkman & Misteraverage will like that scene (cf this page) Unfortunately for them, the supposed destruction of this Volvo is not visible in the movie... -- Last edit: 2006-02-10 22:24:36 |

I think it is 264 - what have you guys (Kowalski, Junkman & Misteraverage) against poor old volvos?? |

I guess they do not like good cars with a box-shape |

Unlike me. I am not a big friend of these modern cars, which, to be honest, DO look like suppositories. |

weel, the fact is, that during 17 years of production (1975-1992), there was no mortal accident in USA in Volvo 2-series but I like more 7-Series and 9-series.. The new Volvos (Fords) are just average cars.. |

How do you know it's a 264 and not a 244 ? Both cars had the same headlights for the US market. And the wheels don't look upmarket. |

264 has the chrome grille, 244 has plain black one. |

not all 244s have the black one - it seems like 264 because of bonnet length + shape of sidemarkers. The long "nose" on 244s was started in combination with different sidemarkers |

With these bumpers it´s a 1983-85 240, last 264 was 1982 and on the US-market they still had the older type of bumpers. And it lacks chrome surrounding side windows. |
