Appears to be a 1 ton Model T Ford Truck (often called TT). Difficult to determine exact date from the photo. They were constructed 1918-1927 and it appears to have an aftermarket body. The radiator appears to have a none standard radiator shell. I would guess it has some sort of "winter front" radiator cover that can be closed to help the car warm up faster in cold weather.
