This model with more conventional division was sold in 1957. In 1958, Vemag started with the wider line which remained until 1968. First engines were 3-cylinder 900 (the same of this Camionete 1957) and in 1960 and beyond, the 3-cylinder 1000. The term Universal was written in the handbook, but the car was actually sold as 1957 DKW-vemag Camionete.
