The season 2 DVD sets of Magnum PI has some bad episodes, Mad Buck Gibson (2.08) and The Jororo Kill (2.12). I couldn't watch the first 10 minutes of either episode, and seeing the comments on Amazon, it is a manufactuer flaw in the DVDs. (I know the episode numbers a messed up right now, this is actually Ep 2.12). This Fiat blows up in the first few minutes of the episode, but all I could capture was this scene in the end credits. |

It's a bittersweet feeling. It's nice to see more images of it but not so nice when it gets blown up. ![]() |

Well it looks like it suffered the typical 1970s Fiat rust issues, so was probably heading to the scrapyard soon anyway. |

True. I heard Fiats in North America back then were notorious for breaking down and earned the nickname Fix It Again Tony. |

In German it is 'Fehler in allen Teilen' (mistakes in every part) |

Where the hell this car was parked before filming? Inside a sewer? Was at least running in the scene? |

The setting was "The South of France" |

Goof then: the rust damages are totally unusual for Southern France. Cars from there have a similar reputation in Europe as a "California car" or "Nevada import" from America. |
