Perhaps a 1950 to 1952 Oldsmobile? The rear fender looks similar to this one; http://static.howstuffworks.com/gif/1950-1953-oldsmobile-good-1951-1.jpg The front bumper looks a bit too thin, though. But that could be a non-original bumper, since it has custom wheels too? EDIT: It seems to be a 1953 or 1954 Chevrolet 210 Two-door Saloon.
