1975-76 I used to have a 1974 and the trunk emblem and taillights were different from the 1975-76. The 1976 had the same taillights as the 1975 but a different rear bumper, unfortunately, it's not visible here. At the front, there were changes every year. Here's a picture of my 1974 to compare. Note the rectangular trunk emblem with the hole in it for the trunk lock. The emblem on the 1975-76 LeSabre is more square and it covers the lock.
