I am thinking along the same lines and I think it might be this car - http://raymondbgraber.com/car2.jpg - back when it had black hubs which have been repainted more recently - http://forums.aaca.org/f117/1910-model-17-buick-277488.html - the only difference between 1909 and 1910 is the composition of the radiator when new.
