Could tell by the logo in the center of the wheels or the steering wheel, if any of them are visible. |

Will this help? |

MB emblem covered up on grille. |

Obviously...The small badges read 316 CDI. |

I think only the MB used this style of wheel center cap, but these were included in the MB Conversion kit as well. |

The thumbnail with the wheels shows a protruding axle, which was only found on the Mercedes-Benz wheels. I see the MB star in the middle too after zooming in the HD picture. Mercedes-Benz obvious with the Grayed-Emblem. |

These (this generation) were not sold as Mercedes Benz here, only Freightliner and Dodge, but I don't think that this is a US-Spec model, check out the front license plate bracket, it looks like it is for EU-sized plates. Also this one is missing some of the Chrome and badges that come with the Conversion Kit (why waste all of that money on the kit, just to use the wheel caps and 2 grille emblems?) EDIT: listed as 2003 Mercedes Benz on Cinema Vehicles website: Link to "www.cinemavehicles.com" -- Last edit: 2011-11-11 10:33:39 |

And above the picture it says "2003 Dodge". |
◊ 2011-11-11 10:40 |
yeah I saw that as well but this one is still missing the adapter that US models got to cover the EU plate holder (but I guess that could have fallen off) Since Ford_Guy has a email-relationship with one of the guys at CV maybe he can email him to find out for sure. |

Would the US models be badged 316 CDI or was that just a Mercedes thing? |
◊ 2011-11-11 17:46 |
It is just a Mercedes thing, but it also comes in the conversion kit... |

No problem. Keep him in your contacts as I've found myself emailing him from time to time. He's extremely clear and helpful. |
