Origin Britain, not Germany. Btw: last Sunday, on the classic car market in NL, I had a manual in German of an early Transit MkI (unfortunately no printing date anywhere) in my hands - in the impressum and on the back cover was written "Ford Britain", and it was printed in GB, too.
