One date is known for sure - in 1967 OTV Gdańsk got it, but it was not the first one, as before they were already used in Poznań (first), Warsaw and Katowice. Here we can see, that in Katowice they could have more than one: /vehicle_384095-Delta-Mielec-WR-0042-706-RT.html Today 4 exist according to this article: http://www.motofakty.pl/artykul/halo_woz.html EDIT: 29 were built untill 1974 according to this book. It also has it listed under a bit different name - "WR 002 TWT". Most of other sources say 0042, but the A. Zieliński books are serious source...
