In Russia, where this pic was shot, it's the owners problem, if his car has an American oder Japanese-sized plate-holder or -space. Everyone gets single-line 52 cm-plates (the usual WEuropean size) from the authority, no exceptions. When something is cobbled up, then the way, how the plates are mounted on US-spec and JDM-cars there... |
