 This is a Citroën 10 HP Normande. It could be an early 1927 [B14]. a late 1927 [B14 F] or a 1928 [B14 G].

Edit: ...and I think it should be listed rater as a pick-up than a convertible...

 Officialy named B14 in 1927, and not 10 HP which was the name for the [B12].
