oops, sorry for that. well, the Benz is really tricky. Location is Berlin, Bernauer Strasse, so it´s rather a sightseeing bus, than a coach. The front reminds on an O 302 though, but there haven´t been any double-deckers on the 302 chassis. Looks a bit like a Drogmöller design, yet I have no evidence. The only thing that looks remotely alike, is this coachwork by Vetter on an O 317 frame: http://img862.imageshack.us/img862/1695/71828251.jpg -- Last edit: 2012-01-27 23:56:22 |

Mmhhh, close, but not identical, see the upper front side windows. Maybe the bus on the link is a bit older. My idea due the styling of the inscription. The orange lettering on the bus on the pic above is surely 70ies style. |

This discussion might be old but i did some research here. I see Fleischer and Neoplan elements here and a bit of Büssing (the very very very last generation of Büssing double deckers. I cant see Mercedes elements. The aluminium designed side is a typical Neoplan design. It cant be just because of the paint sheme because BBS (Berliner Bären Stadtrundfahrt) has never used a silver paint sheme. http://show.melting-mind.de/auwaerter_admin/Webseite/detail.php?id=100 |

it should be based on O302 because of period and grille design of 1965 later than O317 |
