This particular Datsun is not a 1981 Datsun 210, it is a 1980 Datsun 210. I 'm not sure that it is all that important being off by one year, but it is a 1980. The 1980 Datsun 210 had a large"D" emblem in the center of the grill (as pictured here) and the 1981 and the 1982 Datsun 210 had the full name"Datsun" as the emblem in the center of the grill.
