Bumpers and sills are shite (unless it's supposed to be 1990 ERA Mini Turbo but these were single colour and distinctive alloys), but wheel arches/door mirror/wing indicator could be 90+ Rover Mini Cooper which was exported and popular in Japan. Rubbish wheels, but it's better than most of the half-arsed stuff in Cars 2. Edit - more convinced now that it is meant to be a Japan spec ERA Turbo - http://www.aronline.co.uk/blogs/2011/07/26/mini-era-turvo/ - 337 were sent there (compared to 102 for rest of world).
