i'm guessing the year was established by the registration..? it's a 2+2 hatchback. pretty car. |

@an_unusal_eye: the "75" stands for Paris |

hmmm... good to know. thank you. is there a way to tell the original reg. year by the plate..? it was labeled as a 1976 model before i got to it ~ which it quite possibly could be. without being able to make out the wheels, it could be as old as a 1974 model unless something defined it specifically as a 1976. if it wears 4 spoke datsun alloy wheels, it would actually be 1976+ just as listed... i was just curious how the 1976 was determined in this case. |

I entered this as 74. I don't know who specified it as 76 but it does seem to have the 4-spoke alloy wheels. Not by the French plate though, they're unreliable to date a vehicle. |

thanks... i was just curious. i'm going to say by the hint of the wheel that whoever it was got it right. |
