As said in the forum, "Suburban Carryall", "Carry-all Suburban" or "Caryall Suburban" were different names from different generations of the truck we commonly call "Suburban". So this one should be with its twins. - The accurate name was Chevrolet Suburban 3100, as written on the fender emblem; - The Task-Force Suburban was available with 2 rear doors options: panel-type rear doors (3106 chassis code) or tail-gate/lift-gate doors (3116 code): This one has panel-type doors, as one can see through the windows. Maybe the identification could be with the Task-Force name as complement, as this Suburban was made on this basis? ⇒ 1957 Chevrolet Suburban Task-Force 3100 [3106]? -- Last edit: 2014-10-14 04:28:27 |
