MisterZ ◊ 2014-09-23 10:34	Fairmont "Ghia" due to the chrome trim around the tail lights and on the wheel arches. It also has parcel shelf rear speakers, which were definitely not found on Falcon GL (which only had 2 front speakers). There's also black trim in between the tail lights (behind the rear plate) - on Falcon and non-Ghia Fairmonts this was body colour. In the inside view, we can see it has upmarket looking wool trim (velour was also available on Fairmonts, but not leather), whereas on Falcon it was either vinyl or optional cloth in single tone only: The wheels look like the wider Fairmont wheels as well (Falcon GL wheels were narrow - 14"x5.5"). Looks like 1980+ 4.1L due to alloy head badge on front fender (see 2nd screenshot - bottom badge). Also visible in interior are the reading lamps on the C pillar - unique to Fairmont. EDIT: it seems the wider wheels were also an option on Falcon GL. -- Last edit: 2020-01-17 19:59:14
