Gag Halfrunt ◊ 2006-08-17 11:30	MCW Metrorider or Optare MetroRider (Optare bought the design in 1989 after MCW stopped making buses). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MCW_Metrorider http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Optare_MetroRider This one is a G-registration (1st August 1989–31st July 1990), so I would guess that it's an Optare.

According to http://www.buslistsontheweb.co.uk, G40HKY was new to Neighbour of High Wycombe in August 1989 and was a MCW Metrorider with MCW coach body, chassis number MB9552. It was therefore one of the very last Metroriders built. Optare MetroRiders started being delived in November 1989
