1973 VW 1200, "prototype" of a Jeans-Käfer. The real Jeans-Käfer came in 1974, so with the indicators in the bumper and also without the stripes on the upper side of the body. |

In Italy we had '74 Jeans Käfer with indicators on the fenders and in one colour "Marinogelb". |

It's not a 1973 1200, is it?. They still had old bumpers, and no C-pillar vents. Rather a 1974 1300 (taillights, C-pillar banana vents) with the 'Jeans Kit' package applied? Even the special mudflaps can be seen. Offered to customers from mid-1974 |
