Rare fastback version; current owner says this one was built for Sterling Moss. |

Designed by Ogle, built by Radford and intended for small production run. Stirling Moss took the first one and registered it SM 7 in UK. Generally believed to be the only one made until this 2nd car turned up unrestored in Phillipines (as link^). As far as I can tell the Moss car was grey and is still in UK - possibly unrestored and off road. |

The Stirling Moss car also had the normal style of mk1 consul cortina indicator unlike this car. |

The colour of this car is apparently the originally intended Moss Green (note side-splitting Stirling pun). This may also have originally applied for his own car SM7 as above, instead of my comment that it was grey, but this is unclear from references and because all the SM7 pictures I've found are black and white. And repaints are always possible. SM7 is now on his Aston Martin Cygnet CVT. |

Moss green also used on a Cortina super 'woody' estate registration M7 which was used to tow one of the works lotus elans also in Moss green |
