As far as I can tell, all these (apart from 66 record car which was pre-production) are 67 "Series 1" with large covered lights. 68 "Series 2" had smaller light covers with tops level with top of grille. |

The four in 11.12 are identified as 1967s that were imported into the Philippines simultaneously. |
