 From what I can tell, these are all 1998-2002 LX models. The wheel covers have been changed out for 1990-1997 "dog dish" fleet hubcaps (although the wheels themselves are correct), probably to get more of a "police look."

From what I remember of this episode, the last thumbnail shows a 1999-2000 Police Interceptor [P71].

 2.01-2.12 marked unit is a 1999-2000 [P71] Police Interceptor model, 2.09 are 1998 [P71] models. The black one in 2.05 is one of the marked ones from 2.01-2.12, so 1999-2000.
