Looks like a Land Rover Discovery. |

uhm ... I disagree, unless is a highly modified Disco (of which I've never heard of)... bonnet shape, windscreen shape do not match (nevermind mirrors). Front wheels position during this landing suggest front independent suspension - or a destroyed CV-joint, radius arm, etc. etc. My bet is on a jap, possibily Mitsu. |

83-91 Pajero (Shogun) for sure. Door mirrors give it away: Toyo Landcruiser and Isuzu Trooper both have "horizontal" mirrors, Pajero's are "vertical". |

Anyone know of or can possibly find more information on these races? I am pretty interested to know more about this Pajero if anything is available. Thanks ![]() |

There is www.dakardantan.com for 1979 to 1985. After that, it's very patchy. Getting full entry lists is often impossible, even for more recent years. As for this vehicle, I recognise the thick and rounded font of the race number ; it was only used in 1989. And number 368 was... a Toyota Land Cruiser (with 1987 plates from Gironde). http://www.webcarstory.com/champ.php?ch=414&resultats=2 -- Last edit: 2023-10-16 01:09:27 |
