I even think we can use "Made for movie", because it's clearly stated, that it was, you know, built for this movie.

The Ford D-Series was a British truck...

My truck knowledge is very limited, but I think the D-series was one of the first European tilt-cab models. So it would be fairly easy to unbolt a cab-unit and attach it to a new chassis if a film producer wanted to make a new vehicle. So the cab here could be genuine Ford??

^Well, if they had a real Ford theey wouldn't had a need to build a replica. Anyway, picture on the link has better quality

Those links are dead. I guess it was a Ford cab on a ChZSA chassis ?

Has D-Series wheels as well, possibly early format used on smaller capacity versions - eg Link to "i.wheelsage.org" . Could it just be a local (re-)body conversion on a D-Series chassis-cab??

It seems that you are right: http://rcforum.ru/showthread.php?p=3341448#post3341448 , http://rcforum.ru/showthread.php?p=3341462#post3341462 .
It's more like it's an original Ford, and ChZSA only converted it into a motorhome.

It is a real Ford.

Google Translate:
Quote They said everything right - they were purchased for comparative tests and "inspiration" of designers. But, the most interesting thing is that the onboard Ford was then converted into a dacha car at ChZSA. Not real, but "play". For filming a movie about "foreign" life.
