 1970 Spanish GP, Jackie Ickx car [chassis #002] following 1st lap crash with Jackie Oliver BRM. Car totally burnt out, but seems to have been successfully repaired and used again in 70/71 - http://www.oldracingcars.com/f1/car.php?CarID=B/002 . Or they might have switched the chassis plate ...
