The front plate is missing, but the back one looks quite authentic from this angle and distance. The two stickers for the registration (silver, previous white) and for the TÜV-inspection (the coloured) are there. No hint, that it's this rubbish: http://www.germanplates.com/ |

Where were the Amphi-Ranger company based? Maybe they loaned the car for product placement purposes or more likely shipped one over to test the waters in the US market? |

Back in the late 80ies, I've asked the company for a sales brochure and got one Later on I've swapped it on a meeting of the German car literature collector's club. I remember, that the pic of the dashboard was just taken from the Granada II-brochure. |
