The plate is an age related plate issued to a vehicle that has for some reason lost its original registration. The fact that such a plate appears on a car does not guarantee that it is the only plate pertinent to that vehicle, they get swapped around. I am not saying that it can’t be the same vehicle, merely that it cannot be proved by the presence of a plate alone.

As happened here: - /vehicle.php?id=13343 although that is not an age related plate.

708UXK is as correctly stated, an age-related registration mark, which can't LEGITIMATELY be transferred to another vehicle. Note legitimately.....

Chassis #GLZ25. This information has kindly been provided by Tom Clarke, an authority on the 20/25s. I was rather confused as the DVLA have it recorded as #GL225!
