Could be pulled from another vehicle. Tonka was the expert on these. I wouldn’t go off the plate unless he missed pertinent details. |

since Geo was technically a subbrand of Chevrolet, some VIN software decodes them as Chevrolets, a lot of my Trackers and Metros have been registered as Chevrolets in the past. Or it could be a Canadian spec that someone brought with them. The CHMSL on these are also often removed to fit a bigger spare, although this particular one also has the 1989-1994 style top... |

federally it is illegal, but different states have different rules as to whether its legal or not. |
