Very nice Fiats, indeed. But also the Citroën 2CV is interesting: it's a 1963-1964 model (new bumpers, 'suicide' frontdoors) made in Belgium (square indicators on the front wings, parking lights on the C-pillar). It seems to be a AZL because of the chrome under the doors, but usually Belgian 2CVs had 3 side windows since 1957... so maybe it's a AZ with after market chrome strips. I thought thyat the 2CV wasn't sold in the UK in these years (Slough built 2CVs are older and the 'normal' 2CV didn't become available before the 1973 petrol crisis) but it's neither an Italian friend of the Fiat drivers (Italian 2CVs had an extra indicator on the side of the front wing or the bonnet). |
